Age Appropriate Design code Consulation with Carers/Parents & Children

***Awarded to Revealing Reality***The Information Commissioner wishes to commission some research with children to support her work on the Age Appropriate Design Code (the Code) as required by s123 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (the Act). She wants to ensure that, in drafting the Code, she takes into account Carers, Parents and children's views about the standards and practice that providers of online services should be expected to meet when processing children's personal data.
