Development and Production of the Bradford Skills Plan

Bradford Council is developing a District Skills Plan under the working title, "People, Skills, Prosperity". It is anticipated the Plan will be in two parts - (A) The case for change and (B) Our Goal and Plan. The document is being produced in consultation with a range of key partners. The Council is seeking to commission support with the research, development and production of the plan, and specifically to have overall ownership of the planning document, to research and produce part A and offer critical challenge to Council officers drafting part B.
