Faculty of Technology Project

Description

This award follows a further competition under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) framework agreement (RM6088), under Lot 4.1: Construction Works and Associated Services - England / Wales. Value band £20 - £80m for the demolition of relevant existing buildings and the construction of a new Faculty of Technology building, to include landscaping to the surrounding sites (the Project). The University has appointed one (1) Contractor under a two-stage open book design and build process . This award notice covers Stage One for RIBA Stage 4 design, pre-construction preliminary costs and Stage Two construction preliminaries. Stage Two construction costs will be developed during Stage One.
