NHS Devon Integrated Care Board - Health Inequalities impact assessment

Evaluation partner to assess the impact of the work being done and the difference it is making in helping to address health inequalities in communities in Devon. In addition, they wanted an evaluation partner to assess whether there is social value in delivering these types of interventions and whether it could assess potential social return on investment. They would also like to identify and measure the positive and negative impacts, both anticipated and unforeseen, and assess the sustainability of the outcomes.
