## Description

National Highways is intending to set up a contract for provision of Technical services to support the delivery of the Network Development Network Study Programme \("the study programme"\)\. Network Development within Strategy and Planning directorate, are seeking to appoint a Network Studies Technical Partner \("the Consultant"\) with the ability to work in partnership with us, to provide specialist technical services to assist us in the delivery of a range of network studies
