## Description

These works will help improve the appearance of the council’s housing estates and compliment the warm, dry and safe works that have been undertaken\. The works will also ensure that all communal areas are safe and free from trip hazards and provide a planned maintenance approach to de-scaling drains and replacing water mains to reduce demand on responsive repairs\.
