Provision of Moisture and Damp Surveys

This is a direct award off the South East Consortium's Consultancy Services Framework, Lot 3 (Building Surveying).

West Kent Housing Association requires a Moisture and Damp Survey on two blocks of flats in Edenbridge, Kent. They are not to be internally inspected, but the external survey should capture any external repairs that potentially affect these properties.
