## Description

The call-off contract shall commence on the 22nd June 2026 and the expiry date will be 21st June 2027 for a period of Twelve \(12\) months with the option to extend by a further Twelve \(12\) months\.The total contract value will be up to £100,000\.00 excluding VAT\. This Direct Award is being offered under RM6360 Legal Panel for Government, Lot 5: Rail Legal Services Framework and the Panel Terms and Conditions shall apply 1\. Purpose of this Variation This Contract Notice serves to formally extend the duration of the existing Call-Off Contract between the Authority and Supplier\. The Terms and Conditions of Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Parties still apply but with the following amendments: a\. The Contract is varied to incorporate the updated wording contained within Schedule 20 \(Call-Off Specification\)\. The revised Schedule 20 attached to this Variation Notice shall replace the existing Schedule 20 in its entirety with effect from 1 st July 2026\. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged\.
