Specialist Live Events - Event Management Services

DIT produces, delivers and manages multiple events/presence at events per year on behalf of the UK. This contract focuses on the planning, delivery and management of events classified as Major Live World Events and Specialist Ministerial Events. Together these are Specialist Live Events and form the most important and high profile events the Department is involved in. The Ministerial events include events commissioned by No.10 for the Prime Minister, Chancellor or the DIT SoS. Major Live World Events will include the delivery of the UK Presence at Expos, or at international events such as the Olympics, Commonwealth Games or World Cups.

DIT has run a competitive tender process under the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework for Communication Services (RM3796), Lot 2 - Events, awarding the contract to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
