Description
The works comprise of: • The general pre-painting repairs and the complete external redecoration of dwellings. • The works comprise of general minor repairs and complete internal redecoration of communal areas of blocks of flats, temporary accommodation and sheltered schemes. The number of dwellings stated in Section 3 may vary because of budget restraints or as a result of the sale of properties or exclusion by the Clients representative and the final account will be adjusted accordingly.
