Transformation Master Plan

The Technical Specification will provide the basis for the Borough Council's aspiration to prepare, produce and adopt a new master planning document for the Borough. The proposed masterplan will set the tone and context for new housing coming forward over the next twenty - fifty years. Specifically the masterplan will focus upon the delivery of new typologies of higher density housing development in appropriate and sustainable locations. This will include taller buildings, which are likely to exceed building heights currently encountered across the Borough.
