## Description

The London Borough of Merton \("the Council"\) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System \(DPS\) to make placements for Children and Young People \(CYP\) with Education, Health and Care \(EHC\) Plans in the Non-Maintained and Independent Special Schools \(NMISS\)\. The Council is working with adam HTT Ltd to introduce a web-based system, adam Procure, to manage the DPS\. Providers who wish to supply placements for Children and Young People \(CYP\) with Education, Health and Care \(EHC\) Plans in the Non-Maintained and Independent Special Schools \(NMISS\) services to the Council will need to register online at https://www\.adamproviders\.co\.uk\. The DPS will go live on 3rd April 2023 and run for 5 years, expiring on 3rd of April 2028\.
