Employer's Agent Consultant - Corporate Estate Maintenance Programme

The Corporate Estate Maintenance Programme (CEMP) will invest in the Council's corporate and operational estate to insure they remain fit for purpose over the coming years. In order the deliver this programme an Employer's Agent is required to provide technical support and advice including Principle Designer responsibilities, contract administration, building surveying and other multi-disciplinary services.
