Broadlea Primary School Works (including internal alterations, classroom and toilet refurbishment, associated mechanical, electrical and fire alarm works)

To include: Suppliers shall note that the tender return is based on the submission of two options: OPTION A: YrR classroom refurbishment and toilets only and OPTION B: All of the classrooms and toilet refurbishments, internal alterations and associated mechanical, electrical and fire alarm works within the main block.

The Authority reserves the right to proceed with either option at award.

The term of the contract shall be 4th August 2023 until 27th October 2023 for Option A or 4th February 2024 for Option B.
