Transparency - Media Monitoring & Associated Services using a CCS framework

It is essential that DE&S monitor, analyse and draw insight from news, opinions and conversations from a myriad of sources from traditional print to specialist, broadcast and social media, to help Corp Comms and Senior DE&S leaders gain an understanding of how they are viewed in the media/public domain, the tone of the coverage, how often spokespeople are quoted and gain insight into trends and influences that impact on the current and future communications both internally and externally. This contract was procured using CCS framework RM6134.
