## Description

The Ministry of Defence has procured 17 COTS radio frequency transceiver systems\. Each system is supplied with a COTS mobile handset and a COTS laptop for command and control of the system\. The aim of this requirement is to procure further equipment and furnish the laptops to the necessary security specification for use on line with user needs\.
