Residential Development of 69 no. dwellings at Castleford, (Aketon), Wakefield

The Employer (WDH) has appointed a contractor to provide Pre-Construction Services which include but not limited to design, planning, costing and technical services in relation to a new build Residential Development of 69 no dwellings at Aketon, Castleford.

Subject to the successful completion of PCSA stages and agreement of costs, the Employer intends to enter into a building contract for the Design and Build of the the scheme at Aketon, Castleford.

The estimated construction value of the Main Works is circa £13.8m

This underlying contract is awarded via a direct selection from Lot 3 - Schemes between 30 and 85 units of the EN: Procure New Build Framework (Yorkshire and Humber) dated 1st December 2019 (OJEU reference 582841-2019)
