## Description

The University of Bristol requires a cloud-based video storage and collaboration platform to support the delivery of its MSc in Immersive Technologies and MA in Immersive Arts programmes\. These programmes involve high-performance digital workflows, including 4K video editing, large Unity files, and 360° video content, which exceed the capabilities of existing on-premise infrastructure\. The solution must enable real-time collaboration across multiple locations, offer high-throughput and low-latency performance, and align with the University's SaaS-first strategy\. The platform will also support additional use cases, including adoption by the University's Marketing team\. The requirement is for an 80 TB cloud-native storage solution with media production optimisation, procured via the SUPC SLRA Framework, with a 3-year commitment from 1st August 2025 to 30th July 2027, billed annually\.
