## Description

Devon and Cornwall Police, Dorset Police and Gloucestershire Police wish to appoint a RICS qualified Registered Valuer to provide asset valuations for a period of 4 \(four\) years with the option to extend for a further 3 \(three\) years for all freehold assets in the ownership of the Police and Crime Commissioner and leasehold assets as set out in the International Financial Reporting Standard 16 \(IFRS 16\)\.
