## Description

Support the Buyer PMO team to define the types of projects Buyer will do in future and define the roles and responsibilities of the PMO across different types of projects within Buyer's organisation / and the roles and responsibilities of people in 'delivery' \(such as Directors/Principals\) on projects\. • Interview Buyer's stakeholders to identify current processes and summarise recommended opportunities for future state design\. • Work with the Buyer to draft a plan for the PMO team to implement to introduce recommended changes identified by the Supplier\.
