CPI are looking to establish a list of preferred suppliers that the provision of psychometric and personality profiling tools\. CPI are seeking to use a range of profiling tools to aid selection and development within the organisation\. CPI intend to utilise such tools to aid the following \(but not limited to\); - individual development, - collaborative and diverse team working, - talent acquisition, - conflict resolution, - assessing leadership potential\.
