The London Borough of Harrow \(the Authority\) is procuring a Framework Agreement using an EU open procedure to appoint multi suppliers who will be awarded a Small Cell Concession Framework Agreement for its use and the use by other public sector bodies \(Other Contracting Authorities\)\. The procurement is being undertaken using the restricted procedure\. Expressions of interest must be made via the Council?s procurement portal at https://www\.londontenders\.org and pre-qualification questionnaires shall be available from 10th February 2016 with a closing time and date of 12\.00 p\.m\. on 14th March 2016\.
