## Description

South Cambridgeshire District Council are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced company to: Tender for Design and Build Block of 10 Garages, Medcalfe Road, Melbourn \. SCDC will require the successful contractor to provide a customer focused service and show a commitment to providing an effective service that provides value for money to the Council and its residents\. General description of works: Design, supply and erect 10 No\. prefabricated concrete garage units, using existing concrete base and connecting to existing soakaways\. Existing garage will be cleared by SCDC leaving a clear concrete slab in preparation for works to commence\.
