Mental Health and Disabilities Floating Support

The service supports people with mental ill-health to sustain independent living in the community by supporting them to attain the necessary life skills either by direct support or in conjunction with other agencies. Please note the contract value earlier in this notice reflects the full 4 years value of a contract that is 3 years with the possible extension of a further year.
