DUD - Central Heating & Boiler Replacement Contract - AWARD

Dudley MBC invites tenders for Central Heating Installation and Boiler Replacement within Domestic dwellings across the Dudley borough.

The Contract will predominantly deliver the installation of approximately 320 Boilers, which will include new installations, Electric Night Storage Heating System replacement, and Boilers classed as Beyond Economical Repair (BER), to void and tenanted properties and their subsequent replacement with "A" rated Boilers and systems that comply with Part L of the Building Regulations.

In addition, some properties may require other associated plumbing, building, and testing of suspect asbestos surfaces. The majority of properties will be occupied whilst the works are carried out.

It is a requirement for companies tendering to have the following Mandatory Accreditations:

BSEN ISO 9001 Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP) Gas Safe Registration Minimum turnover of £3.2M

Dudley MBC is seeking to appoint a single contractor for this contract and will therefore not split this contract into Lots.
