Work description
Contract for the delivery of a Software Category Management (SCM) Proof of Concept (POC) Project, to scope and understand the Home Office (HO) estate of licensable assets, identity strategic and transactional opportunities for transforming both the acquisition and SAM processes and define an appropriate Target Operating Model for both Teams.
