## Description

Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced individual \(the Consultant\) to undertake project management and commercialisation services\\r \\r Assist and support the SDEN Operational Manager with the Phase 1 scheme and its early phase of operation to ensure system stabilisation, and develop the scheme beyond that which is being delivered under Phase 1 into a larger Phase 2 area, to explore and where practically possible progress connections as set out in the Specification document\.
