## Description

The University of Leicester wishes to enter into a contract for planned maintenance and repair of its local exhaust ventilation \(LEV\) systems\. The contract includes planned visits twice a year \(August and January\) to all assets and reactive maintenance for all assets in the event of any failures\. The initial contract is for 3 years from 1 December 2022 with an option to extend for up to a further 24 months by agreement between all parties until 30 November 2027\.
