Fleet have gone out to tender using the CCS Tyre Framework, only one potential supplier responded\. The response failed to meet our specification in key areas, failing to provide suitable call-out arrangements to meet our out of hours demand, loss of on-site supplier resource for immediate off road tyre repairs/replacements\.
