## Description

Fixed Networks require a Delivery Partner to support the Service Owner to run the live service and manage the changes to it, delivered via the suppliers\. The delivery partner contract will enable the Fixed Networks \(FN\) Service to implement SEM responsibilities, in line with DDaT and ITIL methodologies, through a number of services outputs\.
