The City of Wolverhampton College is seeking a Mitel accredited supplier to provide a Hardware Support Service for three Mitel 3300 MXe controllers. The controllers are located across the College's three main campuses in Wolverhampton:\ Paget Road Campus, WV6 0DU\ Wellington Road Campus, WV14 6BT\ Metro One Campus, WV1 3AH\ \ The maintenance contract is to be let for a two year period commencing 1 June 2020.\ \ Suppliers are asked to provide details of their Mitel accreditations.\ \ Suppliers are asked to provide two proposals for consideration based on two levels of support:\ 1. 8 x 5 x 4 4 hour Fix - Engineer to arrive onsite with parts and to restore the service within 4 business hours of the call being logged.\ 2. 8 x 5 x NBD Fix - Engineer to arrive onsite with parts and to restore the service before the end of the next business day (NBD) after the call being logged.\ \ Suppliers are also asked to provide details of the current resolution statistics and achievement rates against SLA.\ - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA284146.
