Description
The complete removal and replacement of the existing failing hybrid roof system. The specification for the new roof coverings including a new plywood deck and insulation has been provided by Sarnafil and is covered by an extended 25 year guarantee. The new warm roof system to be installed by an approved roofing contractor.
