Overview

The work comprises the internal and external refurbishment of an existing Community Centre, namely:

o replacement windows o replacement flat roof o replacement fascias, soffits and rainwater goods o internal demolitions o new partitions and doors o new kitchen o new fittings o new floor, wall and ceiling finishes o replacement and new boundary fencing and gates o new pathway and minor hard landscaping o new mechanical and electrical service installations including contractor designed lightning protection system, distribution boards/switch gear, final LV supply cable size, fire alarm, CCTV, disabled WC alarm, site services co-ordination, intruder alarm and data system
