## Description

The VOA is seeking to continue the work undertaken to date on the CCA end-to-end business process design\. This continues work begun as part of an overarching project to redesign the VOA's main business processes to minimise complexity and maximise consistency so that we provide customers with what they need, and better match user expectations\.
