## Description

SYFR seeks to identify an external training provider to assist in identifying and supporting the SYFR officers in maintaining competency as stated in the HDIM Competency Training Framework, published by CFOA National Resilience\. The units to be included in the maintenance of competency training are Units 1, 3 & 4 as stated in the CFOA National Resilience Competency Training Framework\.
