People's Park Tender - The Construction in Block Paving of Hard Standing at the Community Garden

Banbury Town Council is seeking Tenders for paving works. The work is for the construction of approximately 250 sq m of block and other paving around a newly constructed building in People's Park Community Garden. The works are based on the NEC 3 Engineering & Construction Short Contract - Option B. Prospective Tenderers are required to price up the Bill of Quantities and send it to Mr M Recchia, Town Clerk using the enclosed tender label. The priced document must be accompanied with evidence to show that they are accomplished and have the necessary experience to undertake this type of operation. Tenderers are also required to submit site based Risk Assessments and Method Statements showing how they will undertake the work. General enquiries can be obtained from Banbury Town Council. Additional information: The identified Start Date for this contract is indicative to be arranged in agreement with the Town Council's Consultant Mr Tony Brummell, and that the work is to be undertaken within a 6 week period. Any delays in the work programme must be agreed with Tony Brummell in writing.
