## Description

High-level organisational design for the FCRM Directorate to support the Flood &amp; Infrastructure Improvement Programme \(FIIP\), which is bringing together FCRM, MPPD and National Navigation\. This work will support the planned transition by defining the number of roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities of the Director level team, as well as how they fit in with the teams around them\. Nichols will identify appropriate options with recommendations for effective implementation and delivery of this programme\.
