18 111R2 The Provision of an Adult & Community Learning (Life Long Learning) Provider Panel Round 2

Round 2 Lot 2 - Cheshire East Lifelong Learning (CELL) is undertaking a commissioning exercise to procure and further develop Adult Education Budget provision for the residents of the Borough reference Public Contracts Regulation Light Touch Regime, for non-accredited/Community learning specifically. This will be delivered in the form of a Contract for the Provision of an Adult and Community Learning: Provider Panel. This tender process is an opportunity for organisations become a member of the 'Provider Panel'. As part of the tender response document, tenderers are required to submit a funding request schedule ('funding application') for learning programmes and/or projects which are aligned to the Education and Skills Funding Agency funding requirements, the priorities set by CELL, Cheshire East Council and Cheshire and Warrington LEP and which match the needs of local people, communities and employers, and the contract will be managed closely to these standards.
