GB-Maldon: Options Appraisal for Maldon District Enterprise Centre

Maldon District Council (MDC) is seeking a Consultant to carry out an Options Appraisal to identify a viable Enterprise Centre for Maldon District. This will identify a viable Enterprise Centre for the District, supported by a business plan, marketing strategy and programme of delivery. The Report will study options to deliver a bespoke Enterprise Centre and conclude, with evidence, the most appropriate and viable option for the Maldon District.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
