## Description

Tenders were invited by The Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) from Suppliers appointed to Category 1 - Community Learning, Engagement & Volunteering of the EMP with relevant experience and ability to deliver Adult Learning Kirklees 2024 \(the "Services"\) as detailed in the Further Competition documents\. The estimated value of the Services to be awarded is approximately £365,000\. The anticipated commencement date for the Call-off Contract\(s\) is 1st July 2024\. The anticipated expiry date for the Call-off Contract\(s\) is 31st March 2025 with the option to extend for a further period of 12 months up to 31st August 2026 subject to funding availability and performance\.
