Work description
The College is currently developing a large capital project for a new city centre campus known as the "City Learning Quarter". The project involves a full refurbishment of the existing Metro One campus. Consequently, the College is seeking a contractor will need to vacate the Metro One campus to enable to refurbishment works to take place.
