Salix Homes- Electrical Maintenance and heating

The scope of this contract is for an electrical maintenance contractor for Salix Homes that can undertake the following works and services within the Company's housing stock and other properties including its offices and commercial properties: 1. Servicing and maintenance of electric heating systems 2. Installation, repair and renewal of electric heating systems 3. Testing and maintenance of emergency lighting 4. Testing, repair and maintenance of car park and security lighting 5. Test, assessment and repair of street lighting (on Salix Homes adopted highways) 6. General day to day electrical work
