A Single Media Monitoring and Media Database for the Defra Group

The objective of the contract is to provide a morning compilation of all relevant media coverage for the Defra Group, which is used by the single press office to provide a morning summary of media to senior leaders.

Procuring a media database will give press officers access to up-to-date contact details for journalists, allowing the media team to reach them easily with proactive stories, or to respond to reactive inquiries.
