## Description

Birmingham City Council \(the Council\) is carried out a further competition exercise for construction of a neighbourhood park in Kings Norton using the Landscape Construction Framework 2019-23 from all capable suppliers\. The Council will enter into a call-off contract under the terms of the JCT Minor Works 2016 for the requirement with the preferred supplier\.
