## Description

The successful bidder will provide an overview of the current quantum of institutional investment in the residential real estate sector in England and a selected number of comparable countries\. The study will also cover variations in institutional investors' exposure to the residential sector across tenures and whether any specific product or initiative \(e\.g\., government-backed joint venture or guarantees\) has been successfully used in non-UK markets to attract and support institutional investment in the sector\.
