## Description

The recommendation is to call off a short-term arrangement for Vacant \(Voids\) Property Security and related services under the LHC fully PCR compliant V7 Vacant Property Services Framework to supplement the Housing and Corporate Repairs & Maintenance \(HRM & CRM\) internal teams for a further period of 6 months, from 1st April to 30th September 22 to enable a full SCC tender to be carried out\.
