The overarching aims of this commission are: • To update the future vision for area as a whole and the sub-areas within it (University Campus and Crescent / Adelphi neighbourhoods) • To provide a development framework / masterplan for the future development of the University Campus • To provide a development framework / masterplan for the future regeneration of the wider Crescent / Adelphi Neighbourhoods
