Award Notice.

We are looking to procure a consultant to survey, scope, design, measure and prepare tender documentation and full contract management for replacement windows to approx 500 council owned and sheltered scheme units and individual street properties (i.e. no leasehold dwellings) As part of these works, we may need to pick up other areas of work such as external estate repairs, and redecorations, re-roofing, loft insulation, soffits, fascia's and rainwater goods replacement. Kitchen and bathroom replacements where due or overdue.
