Work description
Highways England have procured specialist technical consultancy services to provide roads development advice. The support will consist of a number of deliverables supporting Highways England including; - Development of a findings report on the operation of the road network - Data analysis and long-term monitoring - Impact assessments of new safety measures - Input to a continuous improvement roadmap
