## Description

The British Library Business & IP Centre \(BIPC\) National Network supports entrepreneurs to start, protect and grow successful businesses through access to the expertise, resources and business collections found in libraries across the UK\. This tender is to deliver an exciting new business support programme in our Regional site in St Pancras and across the capital in our BIPC Local borough libraries \(currently 5 but will increase up to 10 BIPC locals over the tenure of the programme\)\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
